Pregnancy can be hard. You don’t have to just push through.

Most expecting mothers are told that pain, pressure, and leaking are simply part of pregnancy. Some discomfort is normal, but suffering through it is not. You've been told to push through. You need care that adjusts as your body changes. The right care can help you move, rest, and prepare with more confidence.

Christine treats pelvic health exclusively and supports patients in every trimester. Every visit is one hour, one-on-one, in a private room, with care adjusted to how your body is changing. She coordinates with your OB or midwife when helpful.

"Her guidance and expertise made a huge difference."

She was incredible throughout my pregnancy, helping me manage pain, strengthen my pelvic floor, and prepare my body for labor. I truly believe I would be in more pain if I hadn't found her.

"Within two weeks of PT my pain was gone and didn't come back."

When I started having sharp SI joint pain in my glute, I could hardly walk or move. She taught me so much about prenatal care so I could have an informed labor and delivery.

"It aided my labor experience significantly!"

I went to her for labor prep. I highly recommend Christine to anyone that is pregnant and looking to be prepared properly for labor with pelvic floor therapy.

Common questions§ 06 / 07

What expecting moms ask us.

Have a question about your trimester? Send a note, or ask when you call.

Is pelvic floor therapy safe during pregnancy?
For most pregnancies, yes. Care is built around your trimester, your symptoms, and any guidance from your OB or midwife, and we adjust techniques as your pregnancy progresses. If anything in your history needs clearance first, we will coordinate before treatment begins.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what we find and what you want to get back to. Some people need only a few visits; more complex cases can take longer. After your first visit, Christine will give you an honest sense of what your plan may look like, and we will tell you when we think you no longer need us.
What happens at the first visit?
We talk first about your history, symptoms, and goals. Then a movement and pelvic-health evaluation, which may include an internal exam if relevant and you consent. You'll leave with a clear understanding and a starting plan.
Where are you located?
Southlake, TX, with easy access from across DFW. The clinic is one private treatment room designed to feel calm and quiet. Free parking, ground floor, accessible.
