Recovery is real work, and it’s never too late to start.

Most mothers are sent home after a six-week check with little guidance and a lot of questions. Recovery deserves more than a single appointment, whether you are weeks or years postpartum. You've had the six-week check. You need an actual recovery plan.

Christine treats pelvic health exclusively. Every visit is one hour, one-on-one, in a private room. She looks at your core, scars, breathing, pelvic floor, and how you move through your day, and babies are always welcome.

"She helped expedite the process and made it easy and comfortable."

Christine did an excellent job preparing my wife for birth and helping her postpartum so we could get back to intimacy. I highly recommend to any husband or wife going through pain or anything pelvic related.

"Week by week things started to improve."

She has educated me so much along the way. I started with a fear that my problem would never be fixed. Three months later, I have "graduated" from her program.

"She helped me strengthen my pelvic floor and my core, too."

I am a nurse and particular about my healthcare team. I followed through on all the exercises. I have ZERO leakage when I cough or sneeze. I can age with confidence.

    Common questions§ 06 / 07

    What new moms ask us.

Wondering about something else? Send a note, or ask when you call.

How long after birth can I start?
Whenever you are ready, weeks or years postpartum, vaginal birth or C-section. The six-week clearance is often a starting point, not the end of recovery, and it is never too late to start.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what we find and what you want to get back to. Some people need only a few visits; more complex cases can take longer. After your first visit, Christine will give you an honest sense of what your plan may look like, and we will tell you when we think you no longer need us.
What happens at the first visit?
We talk first about your history, symptoms, and goals. Then a movement and pelvic-health evaluation, which may include an internal exam if relevant and you consent. You'll leave with a clear understanding and a starting plan.
    Still deciding?

It's normal to feel unsure. A walk-through can help.
