Feel in control of your body again.

Many men come to us after prostate surgery, or after months of leaks, urgency, or pelvic pain that no one fully explained. You should not have to guess your way through it alone. You've been told to wait and see. You need a clear explanation and a plan. Men’s pelvic health is real, common, and often responds well to focused care, and it deserves a clinician who treats it routinely.

Christine treats pelvic health exclusively and works with men routinely. Every visit is one hour, one-on-one, in a private room. She explains what she finds, what she recommends, and why, before anything begins.

"She made it clear from the start that she helps men too."

As a man dealing with an abdominal issue, I wasn't sure who to turn to. From our very first session, she took the time to understand what I was experiencing and explained exactly what was going on and how we'd address it. Thanks to her guidance, I've seen great improvement and feel much more confident in my core and overall movement.

"No waiting rooms or other patients."

As a male I was a little nervous with the idea of a female therapist. Don't be with Christine. Her office is private and sessions are always one-on-one. She explains the what and why of her therapy, and tells you before she begins, so you are always very comfortable.

Common questions§ 06 / 07

What men want to know, before they call.

Prefer not to ask by phone? Send a note instead.

I feel awkward about this. Is that normal?
Completely. Most men have never discussed these symptoms with anyone. Care is private, one-on-one, and judgment-free, and these conditions are far more common than most people realize.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what we find and what you want to get back to. Some people need only a few visits; more complex cases can take longer. After your first visit, Christine will give you an honest sense of what your plan may look like, and we will tell you when we think you no longer need us.
What happens at the first visit?
We talk first about your history, symptoms, and goals. Then a movement and pelvic-health evaluation, which may include an internal exam if relevant and you consent. You'll leave with a clear understanding and a starting plan.
Where are you located?
Southlake, TX, with easy access from across DFW. The clinic is one private treatment room designed to feel calm and quiet. Free parking, ground floor, accessible.
Still deciding?

It's normal to feel unsure. It helps to know what happens first.
