The why

Most patients arrive after being rushed and dismissed.

For years, Christine watched patients cycle through appointments that lasted minutes, get handed a sheet of exercises, and leave with their real questions unanswered. The symptoms were real. The care was not enough.

So she built something different. At The Pelvic Lab, you see one clinician, one patient at a time, one full hour, every visit. No waiting rooms, no being passed between providers, no rushing toward the next appointment.

It is the kind of care she wished every patient could find, and the kind too few of them ever do.

In her words

"No one should have to keep guessing about their own body. My job is to listen, explain what is actually happening, and give you a plan you can trust, in plain language, with the time it deserves."

The approach

Care that treats the whole person, not just the symptom.

Every plan at The Pelvic Lab combines specialist training with the time to actually use it.

  • 01

One-on-one, uninterrupted sessions: one patient at a time, the full hour.

  • 02

Gentle, thorough assessment, so nothing gets missed or rushed.

  • 03

A whole-body approach, looking beyond the symptom to what’s really driving it.

  • 04

Hands-on care and guided exercises: treatment in the room, and a clear plan for home.

  • 05

Clear explanations: you always understand the “why” behind your plan.

The Pelvic Lab helps women and men with a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including pelvic pain, postpartum changes, urinary and bowel dysfunction, post-prostatectomy recovery, and prolapse symptoms, at every stage of life.

Good to know

A few questions, answered.

Still wondering something? Send a note, or ask when you call.

Will I see the same therapist every visit?
Yes. Care here is built around continuity: you work with the same pelvic floor therapist from your first visit through your plan, so you never have to start over with someone new.
Do you treat men?
Yes. Men’s pelvic health, including recovery after prostate surgery, is a regular part of the practice.
Do I need a referral?
Not to get started. Texas allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can reach out directly. We typically request a referral within the first 30 days to keep your care coordinated, and we’ll help you get one.
